7 May 09:00-12:30 CEST

An Inclusive Labour Market (AILM) is an international symposium with a clear ambition: to move beyond conversation and support decisions that turn knowledge into action.

Now in its 5th edition, AILM brings together a global online audience and 280 guests on-site, to shape a more inclusive and resilient labour market. Hosted at the Partners Group HQ Campus in Baar, Switzerland the symposium connects perspectives from across the world.

Through research-driven keynotes, panel discussions, and real-world cases, AILM focuses on the forces reshaping the labour market - demographic shifts, values, skills, AI, and the long-term business case for inclusion.

The stage will be thoughtfully designed in collaboration with IKEA for Business.
