Lars Strannegård is President of the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden since 2014. He is Professor of Management Studies and holder of the Bo Rydin and SCA Chair in Leadership. His research interests focus on aspects of leadership, aesthetics, branding and organization. He is a board member of companies and organizations in the educational, art, and media sectors. He is Chair of CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education and a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, and Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities. He has been a visiting scholar at Stanford University and professor at Uppsala University.

From August 2019 until June 2023, Mr. Jarlegren served as Executive Vice President, Operations at Autoliv. From 2014 until August 2019, he was employed by Sandvik Coromant and various affiliates, first as Vice President of Production and then as Vice President of Supply. Prior to that, Mr. Jarlegren began his work in consulting with three years with Solving EFESO and then ten years with McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Jarlegren studied Mechanical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has been serving on the board of Husqvarna AB since 2025.

Adriana Delshorts

Adriana Delshorts is a senior international executive with over 20 years of global experience in business growth, leadership development, and learning transformation. Born in Spain, she studied Economics and Business in the United States and completed an MBA in Australia.

She joined EF 14 years ago, leading initiatives from Service Learning projects in Latin America to collaborations with institutions like the Anne Frank House and the Louvre. Adriana is now Vice President DACH at EF Education First, overseeing the corporate education business across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, and supporting major global organizations and government entities, including WHO and several UN agencies.

Previously Country Manager Switzerland for Hult EF Corporate Education, she is also a speaker on Diversity & Inclusion and the future of work. Known for her people-first leadership and belief that “nothing is impossible,” she is committed to developing inclusive, globally minded leaders.

Claire Karlsson
CEO, Mitt Liv AB (svb)

Claire has a background in Psychology and a 25+ year international leadership career, having lived and worked in seven countries across Europe, Asia and Australia. She brings both research-based insight and lived experience to the inclusion conversation. Her work is driven by a simple question: how do we create labour markets where talent is not lost, overlooked or excluded?

For the past 12 years at Mitt Liv in Sweden, Claire has partnered with organisations across Europe to strengthen DEI strategies and turn inclusion into everyday leadership practice - not only through behaviours, but by addressing the systems, structures and decision-making processes that shape culture over time. She has trained and coached thousands of leaders, working alongside researchers and experts.

Claire facilitates Mitt Liv’s "CEOs for Inclusion" program, creating a trusted space where CEOs - including today’s panellists - reflect, challenge and act on how inclusion shapes the future of leadership and the labour market.

With over two decades of experience at Partners Group since joining in 2001, she has progressed through various roles within the organization and currently also serves as the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Officer. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Switzerland.

His career reflects strong expertise in industrial distribution, manufacturing industries, M&A as well as sales and marketing.
